Shipping & Returns
Delivery
Free shipping all over Pakistan — there are no delivery charges on any order.
Orders are confirmed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of being placed, and typically reach most cities within 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Discreet packaging
Every order is packed in plain, unmarked packaging. The contents are not visible or identifiable from the outside, and the packaging carries no product names.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will share a tracking number with you so you can follow its progress.
Returns
Please choose carefully before ordering — we do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered orders.
All of our products are personal care and beauty items. For health and hygiene reasons these cannot be resold or restocked once they have left our facility, so we are unable to take them back — including for change of mind, or if a product does not suit you.
If you are unsure whether a product is right for you, please read our FAQs or contact us before placing your order. We are happy to answer questions about ingredients, suitability and how to use each product.
Damaged, leaking or incorrect items
The one exception is when something is wrong with the order itself. Please inspect your parcel as soon as it arrives.
If an item arrives damaged, leaking, broken-sealed, or is not the product you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
This is our mistake to fix, not yours — so please do get in touch and we will make it right.
Order changes and cancellations
If your order has not been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
